(depending on proximity to the lake). The
SEASONAL LOT RATES info. map has the
most recent availability and pricing

The rate includes two adults and two
unmarried children living at home. Guests
are an extra charge.

Electricity isn't included in the seasonal
rate. For 2007, electricity is $139 for new
Seasonals, and then per use thereafter.
